No sales tactics. Just a straight conversation.

Let's figure out if
there's a fit.

Twenty minutes on a discovery call is usually enough to know. If LeadFlow is right for your business, I'll tell you why and what the build would look like. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.

Get in touch

Three ways to reach Kyle.

Pick whichever feels right. The discovery call is the most useful — but email and phone work fine too if you want to ask something first.

Book a discovery call

Tell me about your business.

Fill this in and I'll come back to you within 4 hours on a weekday to book a time. The more context you give, the more useful the call will be.

I'll reply within 4 hours on weekdays to confirm a time. No spam, no mailing list — just a reply to your message.

The process

What happens after you get in touch.

Three steps from initial contact to a signed contract — and none of them involve pressure.

Step 01

The discovery call

20 minutes. I'll ask about your business, your current setup, and what you want to change. You can ask anything you want. By the end, both of us will know whether it's a fit and which tier makes sense.

Step 02

The proposal

Within 3 working days of the call, I'll send a written proposal scoped to your business — exact pricing, what gets built, and the timeline. No vague retainer offers. Read it at your own pace.

Step 03

The build

Once the contract is signed and setup invoice is paid, the build starts. You'll know exactly what's happening each week — and I won't disappear after the handover.

Is LeadFlow right for you?

Who this is and isn't for.

Better to be clear up front than waste each other's time.

Good fit
  • You're a service business with an existing customer base or lead source
  • You're losing leads because your follow-up is inconsistent or manual
  • You want a proper system, not just another tool to not log into
  • You're willing to commit six months to let it actually work
  • You've got budget for ads (Performance), or you want infrastructure first (System)
  • You value transparency — monthly reports, honest numbers, direct communication
Not a good fit
  • You want guaranteed lead numbers — no agency can honestly promise those
  • You're looking to negotiate the pricing down significantly
  • You don't have capacity to take more work — the bottleneck is fulfilment, not leads
  • You want to manage your own ads (System without Performance is the right tier)
  • You want a fully hands-off relationship where you never engage with the system
