Why a 6-month minimum term?
Ad algorithms need 30–60 days to exit their learning phase and produce reliable data. Automations show real ROI in months 2–3, not week 1. The 6-month minimum is how I keep your setup fee down — if I offered monthly rolling, setup would be £1,500 higher to cover early-exit risk. There's also a 60-day satisfaction review built into every contract — if it's genuinely not working and we can't fix it, you can exit early.
Why is the setup fee separate from the monthly?
Your setup covers 40–70+ hours of work building the infrastructure: pipelines, automations, integrations, quiz funnels, email templates, testing, training. That work happens once and you keep it. The monthly retainer covers ongoing management, optimisation, support, and new builds. Charging them separately means you see exactly what you're paying for, with no surprises.
What's included in Performance ad spend?
The £750/month covers management of your campaigns — strategy, creative refreshes, audience optimisation, attribution, and reporting. Your actual ad spend (what gets paid to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) is separate and goes directly from your account to the platform. You stay in control of how much you spend on ads themselves; I manage what that spend does.
How is a "lead" tracked and reported?
Every enquiry — quiz completion, inbound call, contact form — lands in your CRM with the source attached. Performance clients get a weekly attribution dashboard showing which campaign drove which lead, cost per lead, and conversion to sale where data is integrated. Full transparency, no black box.
Can I customise a package — e.g. CRM only, no quiz?
The packages are deliberately fixed so the product is consistent and the price is honest. The quiz comes with Lite and System even if you don't use it actively — it sits ready for when you want to grow. If your business genuinely doesn't fit any of the tiers as defined, that probably means we're not the right partner. Better to know that up front than three months in.
What if I prepay?
Prepay 6 months at signup: 10% off the monthly rate. Prepay 12 months: 15% off. This protects your pricing against future increases and gives me the cash flow to invest in better systems for you. Setup fees are separate and paid up front regardless.
What happens after the 6 months?
You roll onto month-to-month at the same rate. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Most clients renew because by month 6 the systems are producing — but the choice is always yours.
